I have now watched all GSP's fights and i have to say that he is one boring fighter to watch on times, BUT, i also have to say he is impressive in his own way. He beat a great fighter in Jake Shields the other night and he did so pretty easily by just doing what he does best, Nullifying his opponents tactics, pushing the fight where he wants it to to be and just being the better guy on the night, however he is still one boring muthafukka and will never ever be a crowd pleaser.

He used to be better to watch, before Sera beat him.

He's impressive yeah. He has a gameplan to beat people every time and does so with ease. But he's not entertaining. If that fight wasn't in Canada you wouldn't have heard him talk after the fight over the boos

I'm impressed with his athleticism and talent. I'm not impressed with his style or killer instinct. I wouldn't consider myself a fan.

Yes, GSP does not seem to really go for the finish for fear of leaving an opening for his opponent since Serra stopped him in the first fight. He is athletic and follows his game plan consistently. It is impressive that he can just take away what his opponent does best. He is arguably the most athletic and most well rounded guy in the sport of mma.

I am Canadian and hoped for a great fighter in GSP. Was promising for a while but I just can't get into his ways. He will look so good at times and then wussy out like a kid in the school yard. Oh well, maybe this Homanic kid from Ontario I think ( sure I got that name all wrong ) will do Canada proud in his class

Hominick has always been a great fightter. In a division so stacked it'll be hard to get another title shot and even harder to dethrone Aldo

I think GSP is one of the most boring fighters out there, not a fan, but he does win

I am a huge fan still. Lots of boxers fight the way he does...There is beauty and science to it. So what if he doesn't throw back kicks or whatever anymore?

Its not his fault he is light years better than his competition.

Finally someone to defend GSP. This forum needs one of his fans.

I've always said he's a brilliant fighter and his gameplans are damn near perfect. I just don't like the guy

Boring to watch, but seems steady and safe when he fights.

GSP is the model of consistency. His game-planning and training gives him just enough advantage to keep winning. Am I impressed with him? Yes. His record demands respect. Is he the best P4P fighter? Probably not, but I'll still pay to watch him.

He is a superb fighter and champion. Just because his style is different and he doesn't go ,out to K/O does not mean he is not a good fighter. His style is simply different and for the most part it has worked.

He's been getting the job done, so I can't take too much away from the guy. But he hasn't been exciting for a while
