Doug Tucker is responsible for two of the worst scorecards in the history of boxing (Toney-Griffin II & Navarro-Mijares).

1996-12-06 - James Toney vs. Montell Griffin II - I scored it 118-110 for Toney. Lederman scored it 117-111 for Toney. Tucker scored it 119-109 for Griffin.

2004-02-05 - Cory Spinks vs. Zab Judah I - A close fight. Both Giampa and Moretti scored it 114-112. Obama scored it for Judah. Tucker scored it 116-111 for Spinks.

2004-10-02 - Wladimir Klitschkov vs. DaVarryl Williamson - Aside from when Klitschko touched the canvas in round 4, he was in complete control of the fight. He won 4 of the 5 rounds, no problems. Tucker scored it 48-47 for Williamson

2007-03-17 - Juan Manuel Marquez vs. Marco Antonio Barrera - It was a close fight. Lederman scored it 114-113 for Barrera. BoxingTimes scored it 114-113 for Marquez. Tucker scored it 118-109 for Marquez.

2008-02-16 - Jose Navarro vs. Cristian Mijares - Adalaide Byrd scored it 117-111 for Mijares. The other judge gave it to Mijares 115-113. Tucker scored it 120-108 for Navarro.

He scored Spinks - Judah 1 for Spinks 116 - 111 while the other two judges had it 114-112. I personally thought Judah won.

Another example?

Humberto Gonzalez vs Juan Domingo Cordoba - 1994-09-10

judge: Tom McDonough 63-70 | judge: Dick Young 63-70 | judge: Doug Tucker 64-69

I seriously hope this is a boxrec error. If not then we have another travesty of a "scorecard" from Doug Tucker (and other judges). I watched this fight earlier today, completely one sided beating and Gonzalez was swinging the hammer. Totally dominant performance by "Chiquita" from start to finish. He destroyed Cordoba until the fight was stopped after Round 7 on advice from the ringside doctor. I find it hard to believe anyone could have given Cordoba one round, nevermind all 7. Whichever way you look at it, Tucker's card was a disgrace. Even if he had it 69-94 for Gonzalez, that's still ridiculous because Cordoba lost every round.
